Tips for a Healthy Fitness Regime
1. Keep it real. If you want to be healthy, you have to actually care about being healthy. Habits are the compound interest of self improvement, so do not bite on what you cannot chew . All it takes is one type of movement to get you going . Start with discovering your fitness goal , transition into minor body movements such as walking and then implement nutrition into this new regime. Success in the gym is not a one and done . It is a journey of continued failures and habits , not a once in a lifetime transformation.
