Decisions Lead to Manifestations?

Isn’t it really funny how slight decisions have such a huge impact, yet so many of us move on autopilot. More or less, we typically follow the same routine: go to work, have fun on the weekends, sleep when we can, and occasionally we’ll book a trip or go out to eat at a new restaurant to add a little “pizzazz”. How often do we really stop and assess our EVERYDAY actions? Living with anxiety, I have about a trillion thoughts a day. I could write dictionary-length works on just my thoughts. In trying to “keep up” with the world around me, I often, subconsciously, scroll on social media and take in so many other thoughts, opinions, news, information…
It took me a while to realize that this subconscious scrolling was partially putting my brain into overload. I was putting so much energy into my “real” life, but I was allowing superficial worlds (the metaverse) to consume idle parts of my mind. I think we can all relate to giving into the meta more than we intend to at times. How many times has your “quick” scroll break become an investigation of some random topic? If you’re not conscious about your usage, how could you really know its influence? Excuse my french, but, sometimes that shit feels like a fucking parasite. A parasite latches to you and sucks the nutrients out of you. You don’t even notice how much you’re losing from the parasite. You grow to live with it instead of addressing the pain.
You gotta be careful with everything… every fucking thing. Actually, scratch that. You gotta be intentional in order to be exceptional.
The more time we spend analyzing our everyday actions, thoughts, and words, reflecting rather than deflecting, the more we would see opportunities to become better. It’s a dangerous game to just live without much thought. Influence comes heavy and you become shaped by the world around you opposed to curating the world you desire to live in. To be mindful is a decision...possibly the ultimate decision when it comes to elevating ourselves.

Becoming aware of our everyday decisions requires an insane amount of accountability and mindfulness, but the results…oh man…. well they’re as grand as you allow them to be…
I spent the last few years understanding the importance of decision making. I am no pro at it, but I can guarantee that the more mindful I become about my decisions, the more clarity I receive in my life. This has enabled me to manifest more of what I truly desire. It all really starts with us. We all have the capability to do any and everything we put our energies, passions, and minds to.
But first, we must decide to…

I love the quote “You gotta be intentional in order to be exceptional.” We as humans should be more intentional with everything.
